Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is organised by "Come Back to Ayrshire" Enterprise Department, South Ayrshire Council, Burns House, Burns Statue Square, Ayr KA7 1UT. (SAC)(SMS service operated via external operator).

2. Competition open to all age groups. SAC assumes that by using the website and entering the competition (and you warrant that) you are aged 18 or over, or, if you are under 18, that your parents have consented to your entry into the competition and these rules. Prizes suitable for over 18's only will not be allocated to those under that age.

3. South Ayrshire Council reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or the rules in any event outside SAC's reasonable control. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, results and all matters relating to the competition, the decision of SAC will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

4. Employees of SAC or any company involved in the competition are not eligible to enter the competition.

5. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

6. You are not entitled to enter the competition if you are resident in a country or jurisdiction (outside the UK or ROI) where the competition may breach any law or regulation.

7. You may enter the competition as many times as you like. Texts are charged at standard network rate and online entry is free.

8. Prize winners will be chosen at random. Prizes will be allocated in date order, are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. Prize winners will be notified by the end of each calendar month. Competition ends 20 November 2009.

9. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity.
