The Ayrshire Coastal Walk 2010.
Join us for our family walk - The Ayrshire Coastal Path Walk 2010 in conjunction with Polio Plus. The walk is open to all ages and fitness levels and you can be assured of an enjoyable day out!
Either register as an individual, family, or a team of friends and take the stroll together. It’s a terrific way to have fun while supporting people affected by cancer at the same time.
Our walk is split into a lovely 7.5 mile afternoon walk and a more challenging full day 16.5 mile route. Our full day's walk takes us from Saltcoats over to the Portencross, where walkers can have a relaxing picnic, and the afternoon walkers can join us for the further walk on to Largs.
There is a registration fee of £10 (free for children under 16 ) and we ask that each walker raises a minimum sponsorship of £25 individually and £50 as a family.

Oh we do like to be beside the seaside! Everybody loves a day at the seaside, the fresh sea breeze, the sand between your toes and the joy of children’s laughter as they lap the waves or build castles on the beach.
